研究方向:
(1)方法发展:创新开发超高通量单细胞多组学、空间单细胞谱学、超分辨与功能成像等新技术;发展新的,整合单细胞多组学和空间谱学等数据的分析算法、软件、数据库,为系统性研究重大疾病的致病机理和演化规律提供新的工具。
(2)应用研究:利用这些工具,构建肿瘤微环境单细胞时空转录图谱和时空表观遗传图谱,揭示微环境中多种细胞的异质性及其演变的时空组织规律,发现调控肿瘤发生发展的新靶点、新机制,探索全新有效的临床治疗方案。

长期致力于通过生命科学与医学、化学、数学和计算机科学的交叉融合,发展新型基因组学测序技术和生物大数据分析算法和软件,为解决生物医学领域的复杂问题提供获取和分析数据的工具;同时利用已有和原创的工具,通过与医学的交叉融合,系统性研究新冠肺炎、肿瘤、自身免疫病等重大疾病的免疫学致病机理。在Nature、Nature Methods、Cell、Cancer Cell等学术期刊上共发表论文60余篇,Google学术引用超过8000次,总影响因子超过1000,H-index 36。
