    王远志,博士,石河子大学医学院教授,华中科技大学兼职教授、兼职博导

    学术任职:

    兵团中青年科技领军人才、“兵团英才”、石河子大学拔尖人才、中国微生物学会人兽共患病病原学专业委员会委员、中国地方病协会布鲁氏菌病专业委员会委员,中亚重大疾病防治国际合作联合实验室学术委员会委员、中华医学会《中华地方病学杂志》编委、《热带医学杂志》编委。

     

    科研背景:

    先后主持国家科技重大专项项目(“十三五”)任务2项、国家自然科学基金项目4项、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划课题1项、“973”基础研究项目子课题1项、省部级项目4项,获新疆生产建设兵团科学技术进步贰等奖2项(省部级,排名第一和第三)。

    2015年以来,以第一作者通讯作者在国际知名传染病杂志Clinical Infectious Diseases IF 9.079,1篇)Emerging Infectious Diseases (IF 6.883,2篇)Transboundary and Emerging Diseases (IF 5.005,2篇)Parasites & Vectors (IF 3.876,9篇)、Ticks and Tick-borne Diseases (IF 3.744,3篇)、BMC Infectious Diseases (IF 3.09,3篇)等发表国际高水平研究论文48篇(JCR 1区23篇,JCR 2区6篇,IF合计133)。

    在媒生物领域获得的基础性工作:

    建立了新疆首个信息化媒介生物样本库,库容达13万余份;基于“DNA 条码”识别系统,建立了野鼠、旱獭、红狐、亚洲獾、猞猁、蝙蝠虱、虱蝇物种共计67种分子识别系统并在长尾黄鼠、亚洲獾首次在中国发现和系统鉴定了凯瑟硬蜱,为中国确立的第123种蜱。

    布鲁氏菌立克次体、鼠疫、绦虫领域的科学贡献:

    ①首次从边缘革蜱蜱卵中分离到布鲁氏菌,并证实布鲁氏菌还可通过“孕雌蜱-蜱卵-幼蜱”的传播途径(经传播) 

     在国际上首次证实羊种布鲁氏菌可以感染亚洲獾;

     分别在新疆的边境口岸、古尔班通古特沙漠和塔克拉玛干沙漠及绿洲地带新发现中国6种斑点热群立克次体核酸类型,包括康氏立克次体、马赛立克次体、艾氏立克次体、暂定名巴布瑞克立克次体、贝利立克次体、卢西塔尼亚立克次体;

      首次发现鼠疫耶尔森菌第86种基因型菌株(分离自灰旱獭、谢氏山蚤和草原革蜱),遗传进化分析表明:该菌株是新疆-哈萨克斯坦边境线以及帕米尔高原鼠疫耶尔森菌的祖先;

     对新疆不同县市细粒棘球蚴进行线粒体cox1单倍体进行溯源分析,发现新疆细粒棘球蚴G1基因型有5个分化群,伊犁地区的H5分化群最为古老,昌吉地区的H1是最新衍化的分化群;

     在新疆博尔通古特沙漠红狐、欧亚猞猁收集到绦虫287条,并完成6种绦虫成虫种或基因型的鉴定以及3种大沙鼠带绦虫基因型的形态和分子鉴定,发现1种带绦虫基因型存在“大沙鼠-红狐”的循环史。

    在病毒学领域的科学贡献: 基于宏病毒测序,从蜱咬病人分离到新发现蜱传布尼亚病毒2电镜观察确认),并证明亚洲璃眼蜱是该病毒的潜在传播媒介,大沙鼠是该病毒的自然宿主之一
